    Call for Book Chapters

     Basics of Research Methodology, Writing  and Publication

    Call for Contributing Chapters


    Those who wish to Contribute Chapters in the book which will be shared with scholars as study materials during the Research Methodology Course (RMC). The experts coming for the course are most welcome to contribute book chapters. Participants can also contribute and even other scholars can contribute the book chapters. The book will be published with ISBN and DOI no. The printed book will be delivered to participants and experts attending the RMC.


    Deadlines for Submission 

    Full chapters should be submitted on or before 30th May for consideration in the book as editing and printing work will be done in June month, no new chapters will be considered after the due date. 
    The eBook will be published by 25th June 2024 and printed book by 5th July 2024. 


    Guidelines for the Book Chapters

    Here are the detailed writing guidelines for book chapters formatted according to your specifications:

    General Formatting

    • Font for Body Text: Times New Roman, size 12.
    • Line Spacing: 1.5 spacing throughout the document.
    • Maximum Length: Each chapter should not exceed 15 pages.

    Specific Formatting Details

    • Chapter Title (Header 1): Font size 14, bold.
    • Subheadings (Header 2): Font size 12, bold and italic.
    • Text for Book Chapters: Font size 16, bold for key sections as needed.
    • Author's Name: Font size 12, bold and italic.

    Abstract

    • Word Limit: 100-150 words.
    • Provide a concise summary of the chapter’s content, highlighting key points and conclusions.

    Diagrams and Flowcharts

    • Use diagrams and flowcharts to clarify and illustrate key concepts and processes.
    • Ensure all diagrams and flowcharts are clearly labeled and referenced within the text.

    Citations and References

    • Follow APA 7th edition style for all citations and reference lists.
    • Ensure that all content that is not original is properly cited in the text.
    • Include a comprehensive reference list at the end of each chapter.

    Additional Recommendations

    • Due Citations: Give proper citations to all referenced, paraphrased, or quoted content within the chapter.
    • Use of Visuals: Incorporate relevant images, graphs, and tables to support the narrative where appropriate. Ensure that all visuals are high quality and well-integrated into the content.
    • Consistency: Maintain consistent use of terminology and framework throughout the chapter to ensure clarity and coherence.

    By following these guidelines, the chapters will maintain a professional and scholarly standard, suitable for an academic publication.
